My art is rooted in surrealism and explores themes that connect people, emotions, and nature. In sculpture, I focus on emotional confinement, hoe isolation, struggle and hidden feelings can be shown through, form, I use materials like canes and self made rocks to build structures that carry both weight and meaning, expressing how emotions can feel heavy and unsteady. In ceramics, my theme shifts to humanity and nature. I often combine tree roots, bark, and branches with human features to show that people and the natural world are deeply linked. Sometimes I also use biblical references as part of my ideas, not in a spiritual way but as a symbol to expand the conversation between humanity and nature. Nature inspires me because it reflects us, we see it and it sees us. Through surrealism forms, I want my work to open space for reflection on these connections.
