How shrines are used in rituals in order to bring healing on physical as well as emotional and spiritual levels.

The piece “ votives for the damaged, or identifying a narcissist” , involves notes for recognising and identifying abusers. Oftentimes healing starts with being able to recognise that abuse has taken place.

After acknowledging and recognising abuse , healing can take place as the victim needs to take cognissance of how abusers work and how to end the cycle.

This series is aimed towards a kind of handbook and self help tool to facilitate healing.
