My work explores themes of connection, disconnection, and how people balance presence in the modern world. In my drawing, I show a figure distracted by a phone while holding a pencil, which reflects how technology can interfere with creativity, focus, and real human interaction. It speaks about the struggle between being present in the moment and being consumed by digital spaces.

In my glass piece, I use broken shapes, fragments, and a sculpted face to reflect human presence and memory. The fractured background suggests disconnection, while the face represents identity and the search for meaning within that brokenness. Unlike the drawing, which looks outward at everyday distractions, this work looks inward, dealing with the fragility of human experience.
