Flower In Despair

As an artist, I am driven by a passion to explore the complicated relationships between politics, environment, and the human experience. Through my sculptures, I aim to create a visual language that question the impact of politics on the natural world.

Using recycled PVC plastic and steel, I craft delicate, complex flowers that oppose the harsh realities they represent. These flowers, often symbols of beauty and resilience, are instead revealed to be fragile and vulnerable to the notions of politics.

My work is a response to the ways in which politics can ravage the country, leaving behind a trail of destruction and decay. By altering waste materials into symbols of beauty, I aim to highlight the contradictions at the heart of our relationship with the environment.

Through my art, I invite viewers to contemplate the consequences of our actions, and to consider the ways in which politics shapes the country. Ultimately, my sculptures are a testament to the enduring power of beauty, even in the face of adversity.
