Petros Chivima was born in 2004 on 27th of September, He resides in the township of
Orange Farm in South Africa. He started his primary level education in Langalibalele
Primary School then after, he went to do his secondary education in Imbali
Combined School also located in the township of Orange Farm. During the year 2022
he then went and joined Nkosana Ngobese Foundation Art Development programme
where he started to learn more about art and its different techniques. In that same
year he then took part in the first Group exhibition (VIRTUAL ART AND CRAFT
LITERACY PROJECT). Then on the year 2022 on the 5th of November we
participated in the peni-peni carnival through ARTSTUDIO5018. Then during the
year 2023 he started to work with Andew Radebe the self-taught Contemporary artist
on some different art projects and the skills exchange was the main focus. And the
then got to work with Hlubukani Khumalo on his clothing store mural project. He
then worked on the Nkosana Ngobese Orange Farm Carnival during the 12 November.
In the year 2023 on the 1st of December he took part in the Inaugural 3-DAY TACS
ART WEEKEND. He then in 2024 got to work with cormecial murals under Artstudio
@5018 and also participated in the THINA EKASI GROUP ART EXHIBITION which
was held in Gawuloz in Orange Farm, ext2. Currently he also has his own Customs
designs clothing.
